Lynch officially signed a two-year, $24 million contract extension with the Seahawks on Friday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. The new deal keeps him under contract through the 2017 campaign.

Analysis: Lynch's new contract will bump his pay of approximately $5 million for the 2015 season with his new contract, becoming one of the highest paid running backs in the league. It's hard to argue that shouldn't be the case, with Lynch coming off another spectacular season in which he accumulated 1,306 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns on the ground and 37 catches for 367 yards and four touchdowns receiving.

Landry has been suspended for the first 10 games of the 2015 season due to a PED violation.

Analysis: Landry was released by the Colts in February, and now it will probably be tougher to find a new team. The violation is his second in as many seasons, resulting in the longer penalty. At the age of 30, it wouldn't be surprising if Landry winds up without work in 2015, though teams could come calling later in the season if injuries surface as they inevitably due.

Gostkowski signed his $4.58 million franchise tag Friday, Albert Breer of NFL Network reports.

Analysis: Gostkowski's contract will make him the highest paid kicker in 2015, but the team will get to keep him under control for another season with a chance to re-sign him to a longer term deal.

Miller was released by the Seahawks on Friday, Albert Breer of NFL Network reports.

Analysis: Miller was reportedly released due to a failed physical, likely stemming back to the ankle injury that sent him to season-ending injured reserve. He will become a free agent, and will look to catch on somewhere in the upcoming free agency period.

Weems has agreed to a two-year contract to remain with the Falcons, ESPN reports.

Analysis: Weems was signed by the Falcons ahead of last season, but Atlanta's deep receiving corp limited him to just 10 catches for 102 yards and two touchdowns. Nonetheless, Weems will be brought back by the Falcons' new coaching regime, and should still be able to contribute on special teams moving forward.
